Pay for the amount of bookkeeping motion you need.

Every plan starts with a weekday cash brief. Higher tiers add document handling, exception packs, and controlled follow-up work. These are early-access limits and may change as dayBook evolves.

Early-access packaging. Limits, included workflows, and overage rules may change before general availability.

What changes as you move up

More than usage. More work handed off.

Pulse is primarily visibility. Flow adds preparation work. Command adds more repeated workflow execution and higher-context operating packs.

  • Pulse answers: “What needs my attention today?”
  • Flow answers: “What can be prepared before my bookkeeper touches it?”
  • Command answers: “What recurring financial operations can the system keep moving for me?”
Human stays in the loop
Draft firstDocument coding and selected billing actions are prepared, not blindly posted.
Accept before actionWhere an agent chooses a follow-up or draft, a person can review before it goes out.
Never autonomous where risk is highTrust, IOLTA, and filing-sensitive workflows stay bounded and review-led.
FAQ
Are these final prices?

No. They are the current early-access model. We expect to adjust limits and packaging as real usage teaches us what each workflow costs and what customers value.

What is a “payday brief”?

A weekday snapshot of available cash, AP due, a conservative AR haircut, and payroll coverage based on connected bookkeeping data plus owner-entered payroll dates.

Does dayBook post entries automatically?

The current product direction keeps coding suggestions and other consequential bookkeeping actions reviewable. In higher-risk workflows, dayBook is intentionally designed to prepare rather than autonomously post or file.

What happens when I hit a cap?

Some capabilities stop at the included limit; document scans and customer nudges on higher tiers can use the stated overage rates. These rules are still being validated during early access.
